The Axis Roadshow attended by all operational management and back office support function staff, was a real success in the promotion and review of the excellent service delivery being a key component of the Axis ethos to our customers.
The Roadshow gave the potential for all sectors to understand the importance to our customers of the services we deliver, allied to fantastic communications to link a professional output to our client and their customers.
Axis believe client satisfaction is key to driving increased sales and growing our business and as such, we introduce processes and systems to align our service delivery to KPI audits. Our clients review and sign off acceptance of our support to their contract, and/or make recommendations to improve, which then gives Axis a response time to rectify to our clients wishes. This process proves invaluable when reviewing how a client values the Axis service delivery.
